Supporting agencies
Official letters of invitation for an entry visa or other purposes may be supplied upon request. Please send an e-mail to wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br with the subject “WIEFP2022 Invitation letter request”. The invitation letters will be issued by the Organizing Committee only after the participant is registered.
Participants from abroad are strongly advised to make sure they fulfill all legal requirements to enter Brazil. Besides a valid passport, an entry visa may also be required. Information on the need for an entrance visa to Brazil is available from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Relations.
