Industry representatives will have the opportunity to share with the audience of the workshop the development of new products, solutions for technical challenges, and case studies. The presentations can be given in English or Portuguese, with slides in English. The topics of the workshop include:

Industry presentation package
Industry presentations will have a fixed package price of 2.000 BRL/1.200 EUR, including the 25+5 min presentation slot, registration of the presenter plus 4 in-person invited participants and 10 online invited participants. Please, pay attention to the deadline of September 30.
Abstract Submission
An abstract in English of 250-300 words will be required. It should state the purpose, results, and conclusion of the proposed presentation. Abstracts must be written using the template available and submitted via e-mail (wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br). Template for abstract submission.
The authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit via e-mail (wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br) the revised and final version of the abstract as an MS-word (.docx extension) file.
Presentation information and template
All presentations must be given in person at the ABIMAQ headquarters. No online participation will be allowed for presenters.
The presentations at the workshop will be distributed in sessions according to the abstracts topics, please see the Preliminary Program for more information. The presentations should be 25 minutes long. At the end of each presentation there will be a 5-minute discussion.
Please use the available template for your presentation in MS-PowerPoint (.pptx extension) format. The slides’ size should be standard (4:3) and the presentations should have a title slide, the contents slides and a final slide, please use the available themes when adding a new slide.
