* Abstracts of 250-300 words according to the Abstracts Submission procedure.
** A paper of 4 pages will be required according to the Abstracts Submission procedure. Papers will be published with ISSN and DOI numbers and indexed at Google and Google Scholar.
*** Presenters from academia will have a fixed registration price of 100 BRL/50 EUR.
An abstract in English of 250-300 words will be required. It should state the purpose, results, and conclusion of the proposed presentation. Abstracts must be written using the template available and submitted via e-mail (wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br). The authors of accepted abstracts will present orally his/her work during the workshop . A draft paper of 4 pages will be requested. It should include an introduction, objectives, theoretical and/or experimental fundamentals, main results, and a conclusion. Draft papers must be written using the template available and submitted via e-mail (wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br) as an MS-word (.docx extension) file. Template for paper submission.
The authors are required to submit via e-mail (wiefp.ctc@contato.ufsc.br) the revised and final version of the final paper as an MS-word (.docx extension) file using the same template as before.
The paper will be published by the Linköping University Electronic Press with a DOI number and indexed at Google and Google Scholar. The workshop proceedings will be published with DOI and ISBN numbers and will be available at the Linköping Electronic Conference Proceedings. All publications through the LiU E-Press are open access and are protected through the Swedish copyright law, more information available here.
All presentations must be given in person at the ABIMAQ headquarters. No online participation will be allowed for presenters.
The presentations at the workshop will be distributed in sessions according to the abstracts topics, please see the Preliminary Program for more information. The presentations should be 15 minutes long. At the end of each presentation there will be a 5-minute discussion.
Please use the available template for your presentation in MS-PowerPoint (.pptx extension) format. The slides’ size should be standard (4:3) and the presentations should have a title slide, the contents slides and a final slide, please use the available themes when adding a new slide.
