On September 2nd and 3rd, the professors Victor De Negri and Yesid Asaff Mendoza, the doctoral student Lidiane Oliveira, the master students Alessio Galloni, Mario Destro and Paulo Teixeira, and the undergraduate student Henrique Raduenz attended the 2nd Workshop on Innovative Engineering for Fluid Power. This event allowed that the academic institutions and industry present their current projects regarding innovation on Fluid Power Systems. This is of great importance to strengthen the link between industry, academia, Brazi,l and Sweden. The event also had periods where participants could talk about various subjects during the coffee breaks.
The coordination of this event held at the ABIMAQ in São Paulo was carried out by the professor Victor Juliano De Negri (UFSC/LASHIP) together with professors Petter Krus (LiU/Flumes) and Luciana Pereira (UFABC/ILab). In addition, the professor Yesid Asaff Mendoza (UFSC/LASHIP) presented his work titled “Systematization of hydraulic system design for use with biodegradable fluids”. Finally, the doctoral student in LASHIP and professor Rafael Bravo (IFSC) had his work, associated with professor Amir Oliveira (UFSC), entitled “Technology for vehicular energy efficiency” also presented at this event. The workshop was coorganized by CSHPA/ABIMAQ, CISB, UFSC, Linköping University, and UFABC.
